Vanessa scheduled the install within three days. I bought it on the spot….and guess what? They have a full service portion of their business. By the Grace of God she had one available in store and available at a very competitive price. I decided to try Desert Pool Supply so I went back there and asked Vanessa if she had one or knew where to get one. Then the unthinkable happened…just days later, my pool pump died on me….I searched and searched online to locate one all to no avail. I was so comfortable talking with them both. They actually listen to their customers’ wants and needs and address them. But I want to say the level of customer service I received was comparable to Chivalry….there is not much of that anymore. I purchased the chemicals needed and within one week, my PH level and Chlorine was where it needed to be. I did just that and the report explained exactly what I needed. They suggested I bring in a water sample to test and they would be able to help with providing me a computer generated report and what chemicals I would need to get my pool water back to where it needed to be. I had the good fortune to visit Desert Pool Supply recently and meet the gang, more specifically Joel & Vanessa who are owners.
